KIEV. April 15. UNN. The court issued the man who called for separation from Odessa Ukraine, sentenced to 5 years imprisonment with a probation period of 3 years. It is reported by UNN citing the press-service of Prosecutor’s office of Odessa region.
“The sentence of the district court the man was convicted of distribution of materials with appeals to change of borders of the territory and the state border of Ukraine and public appeals to violent change of the constitutional order,” – said in the message.
It is noted that between the Prosecutor in the case and the defendant was concluded the agreement on recognition of guilt. In this regard, the man was sentenced to 5 years imprisonment with a probation period of 3 years.
According to the investigation, in social networks on the page of the Internet the agitator placed posts with calls for secession from Odessa Ukraine, to the decisive elimination of the current government.
We will remind, in Donetsk region agitator was accused of discrediting the electoral process on the instructions of Russian special services.
