On January 9 the court chose the suspect in the murder of human rights activist Irina Moskovskoy Yuri Rossoshanskiy a measure of restraint in form of detention in the Kyiv SIZO for two months (until 8 March 2018) without the right to bail.
The judge added that, if convicted, Rossoshanskiy threatens from 7 till 15 years of prison.
Yuri Rossoshanskiy – father Dmitry rossoshansky, which in 2015 had killed Svetlana Zapadinsky, sister Mostovskoy, and for that he was sentenced to prison. The case of the death of sister’s lawyer was in court almost two years, seeking punishment for the accused.
