Odessa massacre in a cafe, 5 people were injured

KIEV. May 29. UNN. Police are investigating the circumstances of the massacre at Odessa cafe, injuring five people. About it UNN reported in the press service of the police of Odessa region.

Around 19.00, the police received a telephone message that in one of the bars on the Avenue Dobrovolsky during the fight the man was stabbed.

It was found that between a suspect and a group of men who were in the bar, there was a conflict. A fight ensued, during which the offender grabbed a knife and started to hit them. As a result of stab wounds were got by five customers of the cafe. Four of them were given medical assistance. Now about injuries, statements to the police they didn’t.

The fatal blow for the 53-year-old victim. From stab wounds to the neck and face, the man died.

Police arrested the suspect red-handed. During inspection of the scene was taken in advance of the crime tool – a knife with traces of blood.

Concerning the detainee the criminal proceedings, the man is reported about suspicion under part 1 St. 115 (premeditated murder) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. As a preventive measure, the court sentenced him to detention.

Now the consequence proceeds, made to the suspect threatens from seven till fifteen years of imprisonment.

As reported UNN, the suspect in a double homicide was arrested in Kiev region.
