“We really quickly took advantage of this situation (with the fall in world oil prices) have regained all reserves, all containers. Load (refinery Republic) is close to 100%,” leads RIA Novosti his words.
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said that the country should be independent of the “oil games of major powers.”
Earlier, the Belarusian Prime Minister Sergei Rumas said that Belarus expects to receive 2 million tons of oil from Russia at a price of about $4 per barrel.
