Non-cash transactions: FLP bahati want to install payment terminals

KIEV. 16 Jan. UNN. The government has proposed to require all entities to ensure the possibility of implementation of cashless payments and set payment terminals. The relevant draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers announced the Ministry of economic development and trade, reports UNN.

In particular, the Ministry of economic development proposed to oblige all without an exception of subjects of managing who carry out sale of goods (rendering of services), including goods (services), the implementation of which is done remotely, to ensure the possibility of implementation of cashless payments with use of electronic means of payment via payment devices and/or services.

The demand must be made in the following terms:

• until July 1, 2018 – entities – payers of the tax on the common system of taxation, as well as legal entities – single tax payers of the fourth group;
• until January 1, 2019 – business entities – single tax payers of the second and third groups with a sales area of over 20 square meters, engaged in business activities in the settlements with town status;
• until July 1, 2019 – business entities – single tax payers of the second and third groups with a sales area up to 20 square meters, which carry out economic activity in settlements with city status, and legal entities – single tax payers of the second and third groups engaged in economic activities in the settlements without city status;
• until January 1, 2020 – business entities – single tax payers of the first group.

To supervise the installation of payment terminals will be the State fiscal service.

According to the Ministry, the introduction of these requirements will apply to approximately 183 thousand small and micro-entrepreneurs.

It is also noted that the installation of the payment terminal and maintenance single entity in the first year will spend more than 6 thousand UAH. Total expenditures of entrepreneurs who fall under the regulation, during the first year will be more of 1.21 billion.

Recall, the Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groisman has instructed the Ministry of economic development and trade to simplify the system design of cash registers.
