New York expects record cold for the New year

KIEV. 29 Dec. UNN. Residents of the United States will meet the 2018 Arctic frost, whose coming will begin with the Central and Eastern parts of the state, reports UNN with reference to the USAtoday and AccuWeather.

The experts at AccuWeather believe that such weather in the Central States will last at least 11 days.
