According to witnesses, late on the evening of 16 April suddenly lost electricity and at this time, a few dozen masked men “came” from the village. As noted, they were shooting at the inspectors “of Ukrtransstroi” and representatives of “Ukrainian transport Union”, which together have carried out measures to control the weight of passing trucks.
As told by eyewitnesses, the attackers were armed, including firearms and truncheons, which finished off the victims. Unknown fired at parked near a weight complex vehicles, destroying them with sticks and punched the wheel of sharp objects.
