In the Kharkov area the man opened fire on the ambulance, which was summoned for his wife. This reports the press center of the police in the Kharkiv region in Facebook.
In a call center of Dergachi of the police Department in Kharkiv region on the evening of 17 February, it was reported the shooting of a paramedic of the ambulance.
The incident occurred during check out doctors on call place.
“A resident of the village of Solonitsevka called an ambulance for her husband who became ill. During a conversation with health professionals 50-year-old “patient” walked into the room. After a while he came back with a gun in his hand. Using paramedic, the man was asked to leave his accommodation. After the doctors left the house and started driving, they heard a shot”, – is spoken in the message.
Police establish all the circumstances of the accident.
Investigators have opened criminal proceedings under part 4 St. 296 criminal code (hooliganism). The sanction of article prescribes punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term of three to seven years. The investigation is continuing.
