KIEV. 2 Nov. UNN. In October, the large number of residential complexes were offered for sale in goloseyevsky district of the capital. About it UNN reported with reference to the analytical study of a specialized portal Stolichnaya Nedvizhimost.

In October, the highest number of residential complexes were offered in the Goloseevsky district – 18%, in Darnytskyi and Solomenskyi 14%, Shevchenko – 13%, caves – 11%. A smaller share of new buildings in the Dneprovsky – 8%, Podolsky and svyatoshynskyi – 7% str – 5% in Desnyanskiy district – 3%.

In the structure of supply of primary residence is dominated by new buildings of economy class – 30% and the comfort class – 33%. The share of new buildings business class – 24% premium to 13% of the total.

We will remind, experts believe that housing prices will not decline. And next year will increase and the base price.

In particular, Vice-President of “Kyivmiskbud” Arkady Bondarev considers that the cost per square meter in new buildings erected in the outlying Metropolitan areas, next year will be no less than 15-17 thousand. These calculations confirmed and established by the Ministry of regional development the cost of construction works for the year 2018 in the amount of 14 340 UAH/sq. m.
