“Naftogaz” reduced the price of the gas industry in April at about 20%
KIEV. March 27. UNN. “Naftogaz of Ukraine” has reduced by 23.6% of natural gas prices in April in comparison with March, industrial consumers and other economic entities that buy gas on terms of payment within, or after the delivery period. “The gas price for these consumers will be 6 233 UAH/thousand cubic meters (excluding VAT and expenses for its transportation by main and distribution pipelines), which is 23.6% lower than the March prices on the terms of payment on or after the delivery period,” said the company.
With VAT the price of gas for industrial consumers with post-payment will be 7 479,60 UAH/thousand cubic meters.
Previously, “Naftogaz” announced prices for natural gas, which will apply from 1 April 2019 for industrial consumers and other economic entities that buy gas on terms of prepayment. The gas price is 5990 UAH/thousand cubic meters (excluding VAT and expenses for its transportation by main and distribution pipelines). This is 19.1% less compared to the price offered to the industrial consumers prepaid for March.
With VAT the price of gas for this category of consumers will be 7 of 188.00 UAH/thousand cubic meters.
In addition, GIC “Naftogaz of Ukraine” will also reduce the price of April for its residential customers in the Kirovograd region and other regions at 2%, setting the highest possible margins, the provider, permitted by law. Thus, the final gas price for household consumers will the CPC is to 8.38 UAH per cu. m instead of 8, 55 UAH per cubic meters (including VAT and expenses for its transportation by main and distribution pipelines).
Recall, the price of gas for industry in March, Naftogaz was reduced by about 15%.
