MP Pavlo Rizanenko has deprived the rights
He asked his wife to give him a birthday bike
People’s Deputy Pavlo Rizanenko (BPP) on Thursday, July 6, deprived of rights for driving while intoxicated.
He said this on his page in Facebook.
“The law is the same for all. Today the decision of the Desniansky court under the Law of Ukraine was deprived of the right of driving for a period of one year and shall pay a fine in the amount of 10 UAH 200 for an administrative violation, namely driving with an index of 0.27 ppm (at a rate of 0.2, the error is 0.05 ppm)”, – he stressed.
While Rizanenko glad that the police and courts do not divide offenders into “normal” citizens and “privileged persons”.
“This is for those who believe that in the country nothing has changed. The certainty of punishment in action,” added the MP and asked his wife to give him a birthday bike.
We will remind that on may 28, Rizanenko Kyiv patrol issued a Protocol on the fact of driving a Porsche Cayenne while drunk.
