Mogilev about the seizure of Crimea: Clear commands from Kiev was not

After the capture of Russian invaders and their accomplices the building of the Council of Ministers of Crimea in Simferopol February 27, 2014 no “clear commands” from Kiev did not arrive. “After that no intelligible commands from Kiev didn’t arrive”, – he concluded.

Mogilev added that two days after this left the Peninsula.
