In 2017, the Chinese startup Sublue successfully brought crowdfunding underwater scooter WhiteShark Mix. And just recently released its improved version – MixPro.
Like its predecessor, the scooter is designed for scuba divers. MixPro is equipped with two propellers, driven by electric motor. Power source – rechargeable Li-ion battery, which ensures operation of the device within hours after a two-hour recharge. The battery level is displayed on the integrated led screen.
MixPro is designed to dive to 40-meter depth and has a link speed of 6.4 km/h. the owners of the scooter if you want to swim in economy mode, dropping it to 3.8 km/h.
Innovation MixPro – mount for smartphones with sealed housings (in addition to the GoPro mounts, inherited from the White Shark), which enables users to withdraw their underwater adventures on camera.
In addition, the scooter is equipped with a removable tank buoyancy, which is designed for novice swimmers. They will not be able to dive under water deeper than 5 meters, while experienced divers can easily do without it. Total weight 2 kg.
Price MixPro is still unknown. Apparently, she will announce at the annual CES 2020.
