Meeting in Minsk: the exchange of prisoners may take place before the end of the year

The participants of the trilateral contact group talks in Minsk on Wednesday, November 29, confirmed the readiness of Ukraine and the Kremlin-controlled fighters to exchange prisoners before the new year and Christmas holidays, that is, until the end of 2017. “The trilateral contact group with participation of representatives ORDO confirmed the willingness of the parties to perform the exchange of detainees based on already approved lists and to negotiate promptly the procedure and the date of exchange, based on the desire to perform this exchange until the new year and Christmas holidays,” she wrote.
