Media: the US state Department confirmed the issuance of commercial licenses for the supply of Kiev lethal weapons

KIEV. 21 Dec. UNN. The US state Department confirmed on Wednesday the issuing of a commercial license for the supply of Kiev lethal weapons, produced by American companies. This was reported TASS the representative of the foreign Ministry, reports UNN.

“The Department of state has issued licenses for commercial exports to Ukraine of a limited number of small arms and light [infantry] weapons American producers,” he said.

As a reminder, according to The Washington Post, the U.S. has approved the first deliveries of lethal weapons to Ukraine.
