“As reported to me by the heads of medical institutions, today 24, the ex-hostage soldiers undergo medical examinations and rehabilitation in a military hospital, 41 released (including civil and military) are in the hospital the HOOD. Many have chronic head injuries, broken teeth, evidence of torture (many had been severely beaten in the first most difficult days). All will receive medical care, dental services”, – informed I. Gerashchenko.
She added that now the Ministry of social policy is working on all the technical details and to be released soon will receive a one-time cash assistance.
“A team of psychologists Vadim Sviridenko is also actively released works with and their families. Key – don’t forget these days about the families of those who still remained. They now require special psychological support and attention. Meanwhile we are working as quickly as possible to implement the second stage of liberation”, – summed I. Gerashchenko.
