Malinovsky court of Odessa closed “premium” case Y. Marushevskaya

ODESSA-KIEV. March 20. UNN. The judge Malinovsky court of Odessa does not see an administrative offence in actions of the former head of the Odessa customs Yulia Marushevskaya about the purpose of the award. About it the correspondent of UNN.

So, NACP has accused Yulia Marushevska that she committed the offense, namely: nominated awards to employees of GFS Odessa customs in the amount of UAH 500 in honor of March 8. The case was classified as a conflict of interest because she as the head of the customs written premium in the same amount himself.

The defense of the accused said that the evidence was fabricated, because according to the regulations of the SFS, the legal Department and OHS have agreed on a Directive on the award and found no violations.

The Prosecutor’s office in turn filed a motion to terminate the administrative proceedings and withdrawal of charges. In the result, it was decided to close the case.

Recall, March 14, the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko stated that he does not see evidence for a Declaration of suspicion, the former head of the Odessa customs Yulia Marushevskaya.
