This information was confirmed by the President of the football Federation of Luxembourg Paul Philip.
It became known that the national team of Ukraine on football can be counted technical defeat in a qualifying match for the European championship in 2020 with Portugal (0:0) and Luxembourg (2:1), as Moraes took part in these games. According to some media, he has lived in the new home four years and eight months instead of the required five years.
Earlier, Secretary General of the football Federation of Ukraine said that Moraes received the citizenship of Ukraine according to the law.
