Lutsenko: Sytnik has not coped with the duties and calling on the help of senior helpers
The Director of the NABOO, they say, in the United States is engaged in discrediting attorney General
Yuriy Lutsenko has accused the Director of the National anti-corruption Bureau of Artem Sytnik organization in the USA “campaign to discredit” the attorney General. He stated this from the rostrum of the Verkhovna Rada, reports Ukrainian Pravda.
“In the United States, Mr. Sytnik launched a frantic activity to discredit me as a public Prosecutor”, – said Lutsenko.
According to him, Sytnik supposedly organized in the United States a whole campaign and accuses the attorney General that he kind of “threw the stone in the side, whether in the face of the FBI”.
“In my opinion, it has the following characteristics: the young leader of a young unit failed in their duties and are now calling on the help of senior helpers,” – said the Prosecutor General.

Lutsenko emphasized that such cooperation between law enforcement agencies of the USA and Ukraine were not, and were only legal aid. In addition, the attorney General argues that all agents NABOO and their actions are illegal.
Lutsenko said that like the Deputy Sytnik Gizo Uglava and “agent Catherine”, but this does not absolve them of responsibility.
“Employees of NABU used listening tools that were not licensed and not allowed the security service of Ukraine and illegally had access to classified information. I believe that the head of the office carries a personal responsibility for it and have to answer for mistakes, ” he said.
According to him, Sytnik has in Parliament “sympathetic” his faction, which could make edits to an article about open tenders and allow out-of-competition selection for secret workers.
We will remind, on November 29 in attempt of transfer of a bribe the Deputy head of the State migration service Dina Emahool was arrested an agent of the National anti-corruption Bureau. The SMS accused the NEB of instigating bribery. NABOO, in turn, said the failure of the GPU and SBU semi-annual special operations for revealing corruption in the Migration service.
The Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko said that elements of the NEB act illegally.
