“Lucifer” was brought to Italy in the 50-degree heat

The temperature in Italy has reached 50°C. it is reported the Agency ANSA.

In 26 cities of the Peninsula, including the capital, declared a “red” that is the highest level of risk.

The highest temperature recorded on the island of Sardinia – where the thermometer rose to 50°C. In Naples were 49°C.

Italian forecasters call the anticyclone that brought the heat, “Lucifer” and predict that such high temperature will hold on until the end of the week.

Earlier, forecasters reportedthat August in Ukraine will start with heat up to +38°C.
