The judge of Shevchenkovsky regional court of Kiev Oleg Linnik was a possibility of manipulation in the case of the murder in Kiev of the journalist Vyacheslav Veremiya due to problems at the stage of pre-trial investigation. This was stated by the lawyer Vitaly Titych, the representative of the victim, responding at the briefing to journalists, the correspondent of LIGA.net.

“The Linnik was able to manipulate, because in the indictment and pre-trial investigation were very serious problems about which I submitted a statement about the crime. One Prosecutor was suspended at the start of production… but it worked with what we have”, – he said.

CITIC noted that, formally, Linnik could not take into account previous convictions Rat, as the annual suspended sentence on the previous charges had just expired at the time of sentencing in the murder case Veremiya.
