Recently on the website of FFDO came the news that at the last meeting of the Executive Committee of the public Association “football Federation of Dnipropetrovsk region” was decided on a temporary withdrawal from the collective members of the organization “football Federation Novomoskovsk”.

Why “football Federation of the city of Novomoskovsk” temporarily excluded from FFDO?

The decision of the Executive Committee members allegedly argued that the reason for this decision was the poor work, “football Federation Novomoskovsk” in a long time, the lack of constructive dialogue and plans for the development of football and the reluctance to cooperate with the regional Federation. Specifically about violations, poor performance and other problems that have caused such a hasty decision, did not say a word. All charges regarding the removal and withdrawal of the public organization “football Federation of the city of Novomoskovsk” of the collective members of FFDO, as well as omissions and negative indicators of their work is absolutely unfounded.

To further understand this situation and to clarify some points, we decided to apply for review to the head of Executive Committee “the football Federation Novomoskovsk” Yana Bondarenko.

“Information on the temporary withdrawal of public organization “football Federation of the city of Novomoskovsk” of the collective members of FFDO was a big “surprise” for members of our football organizations and football community of our city. Moreover, this information is generally not been reported to us as a Federation. None of the composition of the collective members of the Executive Committee of the city organization have not been officially and legally notified of this decision. We have in fact learned about it from published materials in the media…

As for me, this solution creates a totally absurd situation, especially given the wording that is given on the official website of FFDO. Namely: the lack of constructive dialogue and plan for the development of football in the city, and a number of other negative indicators. Which begs the question: “What should be the development plans and about any negative indicators is it?”, – specific explanation is not!

Also, the absurdity of this whole situation lies in the fact that at the end of 2017 was carried out otchetno-elective conference of regional Federation of football. Members of our public organization “football Federation of the city of Novomoskovsk”, attended this conference and summed up the results of the work done in the field of football development, we were awarded the diploma “the Best city of football Federation of Dnipropetrovsk region”. Total area of such diplomas were awarded to only three of the football Federation, including us. And now I have the following question: Is the best award for negative performance and poor performance?”, says Jan Bondarenko.

Until 2015 in Novomoskovsk in fact did not exist the football Federation, neither de jure nor de facto. All the matches were like “Amateur” or as they say – “yard”, as held football competitions held only one judge: Sigeev Alexander Ivanovich – the trainer of DYUSSH. About the established rules of the game and the match report could not be considered. Therefore, in the city of Novomoskovsk and Novomoskovsk area there is a question about changes in the field of football development. Among the representatives of the football teams in our city and the district were talking about the creation of the football Federation.

May 4, 2015 was held the constituent charges of the delegates of the reporting election conference of the legal base and the creation of “football Federation Novomoskovsk”. At this training camp was attended by representatives of 8 football teams, the football assets of the city and the coaches of the sports school, a total of 24 people. As expected, representatives of these teams have applied for membership in the Federation of soccer of our city.

This was followed by the start-up fees, which are available from representatives of football teams, selected members of the Executive Committee “of the football Federation Novomoskovsk”. After the decision, the Committee consisted of 9 people. The results of the elections of the members of the Executive Committee, the head of the Executive Committee was elected Bondarenko Yan Sergeevich.

Just a few weeks later, on may 19, 2015, members of the Executive Committee of Federation of soccer of our city have submitted all the necessary documents to the registration service of the Novomoskovsk district of the Department of justice to receive certificate of registration of the public organization “football Federation of the city of Novomoskovsk”.

“In 2015, our already officially and legally registered “Federation of football of the city of Novomoskovsk” held the first championship in which took part 10 teams. And this at a time when the previous “leaders” were asked the question: where do you take the team to the championship?.. And for three years of existence of our Federation, Novomoskovsk consistently involved at least 10 football teams. During this period, regularly played out “city Cup” football. Also, at the end of each season was created and launched “the super bowl”. In addition, with the support of the Federation and the sponsors bought trophies, medals, cups, football equipment, football uniforms and many more.

Until 2015, the city had only one football field where we could play. This is a field near the Palace of culture. O. Honchara (formerly. club “Kirov”). In 2016, we have put in order a soccer field, which for many years was simply abandoned and overgrown with almost a meter of weeds. This field is an agricultural College near the hospital. And in 2017, this field has already been admitted by the regional football Federation to host the matches of the first League of the championship of the Dnipropetrovsk region. Besides all this, we created a judiciary, which attract young judge of the city of Novomoskovsk, as well as judges from Novomoskovsk district.

Also, up to 2015 there is a situation that for 15 years, at the level of regional competition between adult teams were not represented, no team of the city of Novomoskovsk. And then, just in those three years, our football team has repeatedly participated in the regional first League matches. In 2017 the team is “Your Native land” became the bronze prize-winner of the regional tournament of memory of M. White. In fact it is only a small part of the list of achievements in these three years. And then they talk about some negative indicators, and unmet work??!”, – said Ian Smith.

The paradox of this whole situation with the supposedly temporary withdrawal of our public organization “football Federation of the city of Novomoskovsk” of the collective members of FFDO and the introduction of “new” is that the so-called “new” football Federation, was registered a YEAR AGO, in violation of all rules with the existing, active and officially registered by the football Federation.

For the entire period of its existence, the representatives of the “new” Federation absolutely did not do ANY-thing. The Federation has the status of a public organization and registered in the Unified state register of legal entities, individuals-entrepreneurs and community groups under No. 41007945. The founders of the new football Federation Sergei Reznik, Alexander Velichko, Alexander Shambler and first Deputy Chairman of the football Federation of Dnipropetrovsk region mark suchman, who headed the Federation.

That is, it turns out that the existing “Federation of football of the city of Novomoskovsk”, raised over three years to the development of football to a new level, suddenly became wicked, because he refused to “dance to the tune of” certain individuals, interested in their ambitions, based on populism on the eve of the forthcoming elections, and now it decided to replace those who will be able to “run the show” as they want.

The situation can be regarded as a hostile takeover is successful, the football Federation of our city, as an attempt to usurp the popularity and achievements of others, made by Mr. Resnick, Mr. Shambler and Mr. Shuchman. That in fact was the most arrogant, vicious and cynical use of their duties, the first Deputy Chairman of the football Federation of Dnipropetrovsk region mark Sukmana. And that such a fraud was absolutely not accidental, since ahead of the coming elections, and political interests on the part of Sergey Reznik and Alexander Shambler play a role in this case.

So, dear readers, to administer “justice”. First best is awarded with honorary diplomas and then is unjustly accused of poor work, and in their place quickly find a replacement. Okay if they created their own football Federation in parallel, and because of the competition existing two organizations continued to work, it would be more understandable. But in this case it is an outrageous abuse of official position mark Sukmana, in order to change the leadership of a successful football organization.
