In Nyon held the draw for the elite rounds of the European Championships of the 2018 Junior (U-19) and boys (U-17).

Group 3: Ireland, Poland, Georgia, Macedonia.
Group 4: Portugal, Finland, Switzerland, Slovakia.
Group 5: Italy, Iceland, Netherlands, Turkey.
Group 6: France, Austria, Denmark, Bosnia.
Group 7: Israel, Hungary, Slovenia, Romania.
Group 8: Germany, Scotland, Greece, Norway.
In the final tournament (may 4-20 in England) out group winners and seven best teams of the day took second place.
