Judge of the District administrative court of Kyiv explained the origin of the vast revenues of his son

KIEV. 20 Dec. UNN. The judge of District administrative court of Kiev Eugene Ablov said that millions of income of his son Ivan are derived from the fact that he is engaged in business. As the press service of the Judiciary of Ukraine, about Ablov indicated in the letter, reports UNN.

“For media queries judge of the district administrative court of Kyiv E. Ablov explained the origin of the condition of his son. The corresponding letter has also arrived to the address the press-center of judicial authorities of Ukraine, acting under the High Council of justice”, – stated in the message.

The letter stated that the son of a judge Ablov Ivan E. studying at the Odessa University “Odessa law Academy” on the 6th course and engaged in business, as indicated in the Unified state register of legal entities, individuals – entrepreneurs and community groups.

“As far as I know, in October 2017, it was suspended from its rights of ownership of movable property, namely: pleasure Boat brand Brig Eagle model 645L, the cost of which themselves public figures estimated at several million hryvnia – said Ablov.

He noted that the cash balance of his family members to 31.12.16 year, according to the Declaration of property status and income and the Declaration of the wife made more than 6 million UAH. and 30 thousand dollars.

“According to the law of Ukraine “On prevention of corruption” family members are not required to make the Unified state register of declarations of persons authorized to perform state functions or local self-government, information about significant changes to the financial situation regarding the acquisition of immovable and movable property. All expenses and income for 2017 my and my family members in accordance with the requirements of the Law will be declared, which will be filed with the appropriate Declaration,” wrote in the explanations to the judge.

As reported UNN, the National Agency on corruption prevention will conduct a full verification of declarations even 8 persons authorized to perform state functions or local self-government, 2015 and 2016 – a total of 12 declarations.
