According to the investigation, on March 3, 2022, as a result of aerial shelling by the armed forces of the Russian Federation from unidentified weapons, houses on Ukrainskaya Street and Proletarskaya Street in Izyum were damaged. 8 civilians were killed, including 1 child.
In addition, houses on Sobornaya Street, Donets Zakharzhevsky, Heroes of Chernobyl, Staropochtovaya and the building of the Izyumsky district police department of the GUNP in the Kharkiv region were damaged.
The building of a secondary school in the village of Gorokhovatka in the Izyumsky district of the Kharkiv region was also destroyed.
