Israeli Prime Minister wants to set Babi Yar memorial sign

KIEV. 19 Aug. UNN. The Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu wants to establish a memorial at Babi Yar. He said this while honoring the victims of Babi Yar with the participation of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, the correspondent of UNN.

According to the Prime Minister it became known that such an idea he discussed with Soviet human rights activist Natan Sharansky.

“Mr Sharansky recently spoke about how to establish the sign of remembrance for all our dead,” said Netanyahu.

We will remind, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky called on the international community to prevent manifestations of anti-Semitism.
