In Zaporozhye started new season of open lessons of football

KIEV. April 11. UNN. Last week, April 2, in Zaporozhye started the new season of the social project of the FFU “Open lessons of football.” About it reports a press-service of the football Federation of Ukraine, reports UNN.

According to the first Vice-President of FFU Vadim Kostyuchenko, the main focus of the project is to integrate internally displaced children from Donbass and Crimea in the local host community.

The project is supported by the European Union.

“The European Union supports the “Open lessons of football” because it is very important for children who lost their homes and were forced to move to new places for themselves. They are all waiting for our attention and support in the future. Your project helps these children to integrate into civilian society and find new friends,” – said the sector Manager of delegation of the European Union to Ukraine Vadim Stirbu.

In the framework of the project for the next seven days will be three seminars, which will visit 230 physical education teachers, children’s coaches, school psychologists and police juvenile prevention, which, for its part, will prepare the same number of assistants in the field of young leaders who are future volunteers.

As written by the UNN, to “Open to the lessons of football” FFU expects to attract 7 million children.
