In the port of Odessa rotted away almost 40 tons of seized tobacco

In the Odessa commercial seaport in two containers rotted away almost 40 tons of tobacco, arrested by the Prosecutor’s office. It is reported by the Duma.

Primorsky regional court on the results of merchandising expertise sanctioned the destruction of tobacco because it had deteriorated.

The containers were detained in 2012, employees of the security Service of Ukraine. In SBU claim that they were imported to Ukraine according to the documents that contain false information, and on the bags no tax stamps.

“Representatives of commercial structures who colluded with the staff of the Odessa customs, tried to illegally place the cargo”, – stated in the materials of the case.

How will destroy of the missing tobacco is still unknown.
