In the Odessa region will be judged a criminal group of law enforcement officers

ODESSA-KIEV. 28 Feb. UNN. The investigative Department of the military Prosecutor of the southern region of Ukraine completed pre-trial investigation and sent to court the indictment against 9 members of an organized criminal group, which included current and former employees of the National police, prosecutors and previously convicted persons. About it the correspondent of UNN reported in the press service of the military Prosecutor of the southern region.

Pre-trial investigation found that a previously convicted residents of the town of Odessa black sea area in the period July to September 2016, to organize a stable criminal Association for committing crimes selfish orientation aversively the crimes related to theft from residences and storage enterprises in the city of the black sea and Odessa, using violence, violation of security and public order, as well as preparing for other similar crimes.

To cover up their criminal activities and facilitating the evasion of criminal responsibility for the committed crimes the group was involved in the local staff of the National police and the Prosecutor’s office.

Thus, on 22 September 2016, the Seaside district court of Odessa at the request of the investigator of the military Prosecutor of the southern region of Ukraine the measure of restraint for participants of the criminal group in the form of detention.

The actions of all of the above in General, qualified under part 2 of article 121, part 4 of article 296, article 386, part 1 of article 14, paragraph 5 of article 185, part 1 of article 396, part 2 of article 27, part 4 of article 296 UK of Ukraine.
