In the Odessa region, head of RSA was caught on a bribe

Investigators of Prosecutor’s office of Odessa region together with employees of regional management of protection of the economy Department of protection of economy of Ukraine detained during receiving a bribe of the chief control Department of the state administration. Reports a press about it-service of Prosecutor’s office of area.

The press service said that the official was accused of receiving from the Director of the company the second tranche of a bribe of $2 thousand for the preparation and approval of permits for the allocation of 0.5 ha of land for gas station.

According to investigators, the detainee received the first part of a bribe in the sum of $1,000 on July 15.

Investigators of Prosecutor’s office of area carried out pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings under part 3 St. 368 (obtaining undue advantage, combined with extortion) of the criminal code of Ukraine.
