In the Odessa Prosecutor’s office said the number of confiscated property refinery

KIEV. June 19. UNN. Within investigation of criminal proceedings applied the special confiscation of all property of PJSC “Odessa oil refinery” and OOO “Energy and gas Ukraine” to the state for the sum more than 200 million UAH. This was at the briefing said the Prosecutor of Odessa region Oleg Zhuchenko, according to the press service of the Ministry, reports UNN.

“Yes, a court decision in favor of the state confiscated non-production facilities and administrative buildings with a total area of over 38,000 square meters and land area of 77 hectares and installing to support the activities of the plant”, – said A. Zhuchenko.

He said that according to preliminary calculations, the estimated cost of confiscated property is more than $ 200 million.

The Prosecutor said that in criminal proceedings the status of suspects and defendants have 19 people.

“Among them former heads of PAO “Odessa oil refinery”, the state inspectors of the Odessa customs, the captains, who carried the vessels to the seaports in order to disguise the fictitious export of oil products, the former head of the controlled company and the Manager of this enterprise”, – added in Prosecutor’s office.

Pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings proceeds, said the Agency.

As previously reported UNN, the Suvorovsky district court of Odessa adopted the decision on the special confiscation of the integral property complex of the Odessa refinery within the framework of a deal with the investigation of criminal activities of the organization of the oligarch Sergey Kurchenko.

Earlier, the Prosecutor’s office announced in tracing the ex-General and Executive Director of the Odessa refinery (refinery) due to the machinations of oil in the so-called “Kurchenko’s scheme”.
