“As a result of injuries incompatible with life, the victim died in hospital,” said Gordievsky.

According to her, the accident opened criminal proceedings under part 3 St. 286 (violation of traffic safety or transport operation by the persons operating vehicles) the Criminal code of Ukraine.

The investigation is ongoing. Appointed a number of examinations.

As reported the UNIAN, on March 21 in Shiryaevo district of Odessa region, near the village of Revova, 31-year-old driver of the truck DAF didn’t choose the safe speed, resulting in lost control and knocked down a traffic service, carrying out repair work. As a result of hitting 60-year-old man died on the spot, and his 40-year-old colleague was injured, hospitalized.
