The results of the searches reported in the GPU, the seized documents containing information about illegality of allocation of such land plots, as well as information about the persons involved in Commission of the specified crime.

We will remind, the Prosecutor’s office is investigating the case on the facts of Commission by officials of the Kharkiv city Council criminal offences under part 4 St. 190 (fraud), part 5 article 191 (assignment, waste of property or taking to them by abuse of official position), part 1 of Art. 255 (creating criminal organization), part 2 St. 364 (abuse of power or official position) the criminal code of Ukraine.

The investigation established that officials of the Kharkiv city Council contrary to the requirements of applicable law, by creating for 2008-2014 years, more than 90 service cooperatives, the founders and the participants of which were persons from their close environment, contributed in the production of their legal documents and misappropriated belonging to the community. in Kharkiv land plots with a total area of 650 hectares worth more than 4.05 billion UAH, which drew on his and others benefit.
