The Federation Council has proposed to postpone the entry into force of the prohibition act to arrange the hostels in residential premises in apartment houses, informs RIA of news.

“The proposed date of the transition period to transfer on October 1, 2019, will be when high season”, — said the Chairman of the Federation Council Committee for Federative structure, regional policy, local government and Northern Affairs Oleg Melnichenko.

Earlier it became known that the state Duma has created the conciliatory Commission on the law of the hostels.

The head of the Committee on budget and financial markets Sergey Ryabukhin in a conversation with FAN commented on the deviation of this law.
