In the case of an accident with a girl in Odessa opened criminal proceedings

ZAPOROZHYE-KIEV. July 18. UNN. Regarding the accident in Melitopol, in which four children playing, podosek his clothes, opened criminal proceedings. About it the correspondent of UNN was reported by the head of Department of communication of GU of national police of Ukraine in Zaporizhzhya region, Catherine Ludwig.

“In fact militiamen opened criminal proceedings under part 1 of article 128 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (grievous or moderate bodily harm),” – said E. Ludwig.

Now the police finds out all circumstances of incident. The investigation is underway.

Yesterday, 17 April, around 21:30 in the Melitopol district of the national police from the city hospital, it was reported that the hospital delivered a girl with thermal burns over half the body.

Earlier UNN reported that the girl had severe burns, the emergency aircraft will be delivered in the Zaporozhye burn center.
