KIEV. 26 Feb. UNN. The situation with the withdrawal of SE “UkSATSE” on account of the problematic in the private “platinum Bank” in 2017 was the subject of criminal proceedings of Ukraine. Now, the circumstances of the transaction on the basis of the official requests have to study and investigators with SAP, GPU, reports UNN.

It is known that the criminal proceedings of national police in this incident was registered under the number №42017111100000022.

In ruling on the case (Boryspil district court of Kyiv region 14.04.2017) notes that despite the instruction of the Ministry of infrastructure to withdraw funds from private banks, officials of SE “UkSATSE”, “abusing official position, deliberately, with the purpose of obtaining unlawful benefit for himself and another legal entity, namely “platinum Bank”, against the interests of the SE “UkSATSE”, carried out groundless transfer of considerable size of money resources on the account of the company opened in “platinum Bank”, which have entailed heavy consequences”.

Aware on this fact another production No. 42017100000000118. In the case of law enforcement officers are investigating the circumstances of the conversion from the “UkSATSE” of 62.1 million 404 thousand UAH PJSC “platinum Bank”. These funds after the fall of the Bank and was not returned to the state enterprise.

It is likely that the GPU will try to return to the state budget are derived in problem Bank assets.
