In the area of the ATO three times decreased the number of explosions – OSCE

Monitoring mission of the OSCE recorded a decrease in the number of violations of the cease-fire. This is stated in the report as of 19:30 on October 31.

Per day from 19:30 October 30 to 19:30 on 31 October, observers hmm OSCE recorded in Donetsk region, about 80 explosions. And in the previous reporting period (from 19:30 on 29 October at 19:30 on October 30) was recorded 250 explosions. That is, the number of explosions decreased almost three times.

Thus, in the Luhansk region the number of explosions has increased about ten to three over the same periods.
