Uncategorized February 2, 2018KIEV. 30 Jan. UNN. The Council of the business Ombudsman has developed recommendations for implementing reforms of regulatory authorities of Ukraine. One of the major gaps in the Parliament believe the lack of a consolidated list of regulatory bodies. This was during the roundtable said the Deputy Ombudsman Tatiana Short, correspondent UNN.
In particular, according to her, among the main shortcomings of the reform:
- The lack of a common list of regulatory bodies, which often violated the rights of entrepreneurs.
- There is a lack of methodological basis related to external reviews conducted on the basis of risk assessment.
- Incomplete legal paperwork, a single, integrated base control.
- The lack of legal accountability of officials for violations during the inspection.
- The need to strengthen the institutional capacity of the State regulatory service.
We will remind, business in 2017 sent twice as many complaints to the Council the business Ombudsman.
