ODESSA-KIEV. May 31. UNN. Odessa oblast Prosecutor’s office sent to court indictment against the former employee of the patrol police and citizen, accused of attempted murder and failure to assist a man who was in a life-threatening condition that resulted in grave consequences. About it reported in a press-service of Prosecutor’s office of Odessa region, reports UNN.
The incident occurred in November 2017. The accused was a chronic alcoholic in the yard near the house on Lanzheronovskaya str. in Odessa. Later during an argument the district police officer shot in the head from a traumatic pistol, causing the victim suffered a penetrating gunshot wound to the head.
“One of the accused, realizing that the wounded man is in dangerous condition, not called an ambulance and turned to the others and left the scene of the offense. Thanks to the timely resuscitation the actions of the victim were saved. After being hospitalized doctors found that the man received serious injuries in the form of open craniocerebral injuries to the head and fracture of the skull base”, – told in Prosecutor’s office.
Now one of the accused was fired from the post of inspector of the office of patrol police in Odessa.
Recall that the Goloseevsky district court of Kiev began to study the written evidence in proceedings concerning patrol officer Sergei Oleinik, who is accused of murdering 17-year-old boy while chasing a BMW.
