The explosion was the result of a fire
In Odessa in the night of June 18, massive fire occurred in a building belonging to the Ministry of defence.

The elimination of fire were involved in 14 pieces of equipment and 52 personnel.
As has informed a source in law enforcement bodies, the aforementioned 3-storey building located at Fontanskaya road,14, belongs to the defense Ministry and is now under reconstruction.
According to some, is expected to open, including the headquarters of the naval forces.
Previously, the building housed one of the faculties of the Institute of the Land forces.
