As reported the UNIAN in head Department of the National police in the Odessa region, 21-year-old local resident found hanging from a tree near one of the Park lakes passers-by yesterday, January 14.

According to preliminary data, the man committed suicide. In particular, when it discovered a suicide note. According to police, another note (in electronic form) shortly before the death of the man sent to his friend. Circumstances of incident are established.
On the specified fact the criminal proceedings under article 115 of the Criminal code (premeditated murder with a note “suicide”).
