Unknown reported about mining of national University. Mechnikov and the national Polytechnic Institute in Odessa. This is stated in the message of the communication Department of the Main Directorate of the National police in the Odessa region.

“At 10:30 the police called unknown and said about mining of national University. Mechnikov, but four minutes later came the message on a mining of the Odessa national Polytechnic University.
