In Odessa region the shepherds to death killed his friend

ODESSA-KIEV. 1 Dec. UNN. The two men on the outskirts of the village Zarya of the Saratsky district during quarrel beat the 50-year-old shepherd, from which the latter died on the spot. About it the correspondent of UNN reported in the Department of communications of GUNP in Odessa region.

“During a pretrial investigation it is established that the suspects together with the victim together took alcoholic drinks. Between them there was a quarrel, during which the suspects began to strike with hands and feet on various parts of the body of the victim. When the attackers realized that the shepherd was dead, left him in a deserted place, ” – noted in police.

The detainee it is reported about suspicion in Commission of the criminal offense provided by part 1 of article 115 (premeditated murder) of the Criminal code of Ukraine.

The question on election of a preventive measure. Under current law for the committed criminal offense, they face a punishment of seven to fifteen years of imprisonment.
