In the Odessa region 32-year-old man who broke into someone’s yard and took out the rabbit, the court has appointed punishment in the form of three years of imprisonment.
About it reports a press-service of the police of Odessa region.
The police asked a resident of one of villages of the Belgorod-Dniester district stating that on the night of its economy someone has stolen rabbit.
During a pretrial investigation militiamen established that the theft was committed repeatedly convicted a villager.

“Having not removed and outstanding previous conviction for property crimes, the man has not made proper conclusions and have committed another offense. In his defense, the suspect explained that the stolen animal was sold, so as to solve their financial problems,” – said the head of Belgorod-Dniester police Department Evgeny Orlov.
The indictment with the case was sent to court. The court found the defendant guilty of committing a criminal offence.
