As reported the UNIAN in head Department of the National police in the Odessa region, Razdelnaya police Department received a report that during the extinguishing of the burning landfill in the village of Trud-kutok, in the pit found the charred body of a man.
The investigation established that the conflict occurred between the victim and his 31-year-old friend, who had previously been sentenced to 15 years imprisonment for murder. As noted, the attacker had “outstanding criminal record” – he was released early. According to police, a conflict arose during the joint alcohol consumption. During the altercation, the attacker beat the victim until he lost consciousness.

“Conscious that their actions may again be put behind bars, he decided to burn a friend. To do this, the offender carried a still-living comrade out of the house, dumped in a concrete pit with debris, burying waste and burned” – told in management.
During carrying out quickly-search actions police officers detained the suspect who initially denied his involvement in the crime.
Yesterday reported to the malefactor about suspicion in Commission of the criminal offence under paragraph 4, and 13 of part 2 of article 115 (deliberate illegal causing death to other person, committed with special cruelty, by a person who previously committed premeditated murder) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. It elected a measure of restraint in form of detention.
The offender is threatened by imprisonment for a period of 10 till 15 years or lifelong imprisonment.
As UNIAN reported earlier, in March, in one of the villages of the Razdelnyansky region of Odessa region was discovered burnt corpse. In particular, who arrived on a call about the fire rescuers liquidated the fire and found the charred remains.
