In Odessa region the attacker has raped 11-the summer girl

In Chilia district of Odessa region, the attacker raped and tried to strangle 11-year-old girl. About this informed the head of kiliysky regional Council Pavel Boychenko in Facebook.

The tragedy occurred on August 25, the victim – a resident of the village Landing.

“Yesterday he committed a terrible crime. From his violent actions affected teen – 11-year-old resident of the village Landing Kiliya district. After a perfect “beast” tried to choke the victim,” wrote Boychenko.

In the regional head office of the police the fact of receipt of the statement on rape was confirmed.

According to the newspaper Bessarabia informthe attacker is a former roommate of mother of the victim. They lived together for the past year, but just a few days before the incident broke up. Despite this, the man continued to live in the house of his former common-law wife.

Yesterday, around 14:30 when the woman was out of the house, the intruder tied her 11-year-old daughter and raped her, then by trying to strangle the child, fled the scene. Fortunately, the girl was still alive, though injured. At the moment of her life threatens nothing.

The police, they are searching for a rapist-pedophile and asking for help from all who know its location or other information about him.

Wanted is Latkowski Ivan, a resident of the village New Pokrovka Izmail district, 12.09.1977 year of birth. His signs: height 165-175cm, swarthy face, hair short, front teeth are partly missing, in the hands of fresh scratches. Was dressed in a bright t-shirt and blue jeans.

July 25 in Nikolaev, in Park of Victory the intruder robbed and raped a minor. He was arrested. It later emerged that the man repeatedly served sentence in imprisonment places for similar crimes is behind bars, he spent 19.5 years, twice convicted for rape (7 and 4 years with 19.5). From places of deprivation of liberty was released three years ago.
