KIEV. 21 Dec. UNN. In the Odessa region SBU exposed the officers Samokovsko of the village Council, on a bribe of 87 thousand dollars that they demanded from the private entrepreneur. It is reported by UNN citing the press service of the SBU.

“In Odessa region the security Service of Ukraine exposed the MP, member of the Executive Committee, and acting head of the village Council Samokovsko on extortion undue advantage. Operatives of the intelligence service established that the officials demanded from the local businessman of 87 thousand dollars for permission for the development of projects and the allocation of three plots of land in the resort zone”, – stated in the message.

Provided that the arrested deputies in the first part of a bribe at a rate of 11 thousand dollars. During searches in places of residence and work defendants in the case, the police seized 1 million 240 thousand hryvnias.

In the framework of criminal proceedings opened under part 4 St. 190 (fraud), part 3 St. 368 (acceptance of an offer, promise or obtaining illegal benefit by the official) Criminal code of Ukraine, the issue of the implementation of the cyber criminals of the announcement of suspicion. Investigations are continuing.
