Levchenko and Tkachuk did not specify whether all the detainees from Odessa. Answering the question whether all group members are citizens of Ukraine, Tkachuk said, “We know that we all have the passport of Ukraine. We still do not know whether they have passports of other countries”.
The representative of the SBU also said that the aim of the network was the penetration of the critical infrastructure of the southern areas and on military installations. The agents were to receive information with restricted access, including on the dislocation and movement of military units. “The second task, which was worked by the curators of the Russian General staff, was supposed to be acts of sabotage and terror against the citizens of Ukraine in the southern regions,” – said Tkachuk.
According to Levchenko, the transfer of information was prevented. He also noted that the network was active not only in southern regions but also in the area of the ATO. The network consisted of military personnel – both active and retired.

“Individual defendants have been cooperating with the investigation and testify on all members of the group,” added Tkachuk.
On this fact openly criminal proceedings under article 111 (high treason) and article 263 (illegal handling of weapons) of the criminal code. “During the searches at the place of residence of detainees has revealed a large number of weapons and means of destruction, for example, improvised explosive devices and shrapnel… in addition, members of the group were seized two grenades, five pistols PM, TT, a pistol of the Browning with a silencer,” – said Tkachuk.
In addition, when the search was found a list of seven Pro-Ukrainian activists in the South of Ukraine. “Their names will not reveal, as hackers managed to establish places of residence of these people and the routes of movement”, – said the representative of the SBU.
