KIEV. April 4. UNN. In the framework of preventive measures “Migrants” Odessa law enforcement officers conducted an inspection at one of the markets of Odessa and found 15 foreigners – violators of immigration laws. About it reports a press-service of the Odessa border detachment, reports UNN.
As a result of joint actions of law enforcement officers found 15 foreigners-offenders from Georgia, Tajikistan, Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.
Strangers law enforcement officers brought to administrative responsibility in respect of nine illegal migrants made the decision on forced return to their countries of origin.
In addition, the answer will come and Ukrainian, which is composed of the materials according to article 206 of the Cao “Violation of the procedure for granting foreigners and stateless persons housing, vehicles and assist in the provision of other services”.
The press service noted that since the beginning of the target preventive measures “Migrants”, a decision was made on compulsory return to their country of origin and expulsion from Ukraine by 80 foreigners. In General, the border guards together with representatives of other law enforcement agencies detected more than 1,000 violators of the Ukrainian legislation in the sphere of migration and imposed fines totaling more than UAH 3 million.
