In Odessa detained the foreigner, who attacked the financial institution

ODESSA – KIEV. 22 Dec. UNN. Militiamen detained the malefactor who tried to Rob a financial institution. About it the correspondent said the press service of GUNP in Odessa region. Against the detainee initiated criminal proceedings under part 3 of article 187 of the Criminal code of Ukraine.

“It is established that the man came in the evening in one of the financial institutions, which is located in the Central part of Odessa city. At gunpoint, he demanded from the employee money. However, at the time of transfer of funds the woman managed to press the panic button to call security. The offender was frightened and quickly fled the scene. Employees of criminal investigation Department together with employees of the police battalion of special purpose GUNP in the Odessa region has established the location of the attacker and detained him,” – said in p uvedomlenie.

It is noted that the offender was 25-the summer citizen of the neighboring state, which was located on the territory of Ukraine illegally.

During the arrest the alien was discovered and seized a pistol and a subject similar to a melee weapon. The withdrawn is directed on examination.

Currently, the offender is detained as article 208 Criminally-the procedural code of Ukraine”, – noted in police.
